This notice explains how RN Solutions ("we") handles personal data when you use Jobtivo. RN Solutions is the data controller for account and website data. For the customer data a company enters into its own workspace, that company is the controller and we process it on its behalf.
Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email, phone, password, role) — to create your account and provide the Service (contract).
- Business data (jobs, customer names, phones, addresses, notes, payments recorded) — to provide the CRM features (contract).
- Communications (WhatsApp messages handled by the bot, SMS, call logs and recordings, emails you connect) — to provide messaging and telephony features (contract).
- Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
- Website lead form data (name, phone, address, request) — to deliver the booking to the company you contacted (legitimate interests).
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host and run the Service (cloud hosting, database, telephony and messaging providers, email providers).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and per-company data isolation.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage only, to keep you signed in and the Service working. We do not use advertising cookies.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.
