Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Jobtivo (the "Service"), a web-based CRM for garage door service companies that includes job management, dispatch, commission reports, invoicing, a WhatsApp bot, telephony and related features. The Service is provided by RN Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and you are contracting with RN Solutions.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age and, if you use the Service on behalf of a business, have authority to bind that business. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan during your subscription. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of telecommunications, messaging or privacy laws;
• fraud, spam or unsolicited bulk messages or calls;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with the security or operation of the Service, including malware, probing, scanning or scraping.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter (jobs, customers, messages, recordings). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Intellectual property

RN Solutions retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation and the Jobtivo name and branding.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Usage-based charges (such as telephony) are billed monthly in arrears.

Free trial

New companies may receive a free trial. At the end of the trial, access to paid features requires an active subscription.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services (such as messaging or telephone carriers) may affect availability.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

General

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
